What is a safe method for removing warts on a three year old child?
ecstaticdevine asked:
My son has 4 small warts on his back. Two of them seem to be trying to fuse together. Are over the counter wart removers safe for small children? Or can you suggest something natural I might do to help get rid of them?

You take him to the doctor. Never try to remove warts (if they are warts) from a child that young.
Schedule a visit to a dermotoligist and have them safely remove it with a laser. This is the best solution.
Since he is only 3 and they seem a bit unusual I would take him to the doc to get them removed. You could use an at home wart remover from the store but I really think the doc should check these out and remove them.
Naturally, I'd suggest seeing a doctor.
Or, apply a small amount of vaseline and use a propane torch on the warts. Once crispy, shave them off with a straight razor.
I've been TOLD that applying red ink, as from a marker, works, but I have no idea how well or why, if it even does.
Given the three options, I'd probably go with Door #1, Monty.
my daughter had a wart on her back her Dr used something like liquid nitrogen on it and it was 1 treatment and it was gone.
Duct tape - if you place a piece of duct tape over the wart…it will take a 2 - 3 weeks…but it will kill the virus and the wart will go away. I have used this on my two children and it has been successful both times.
